6.3 Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
